Pan fried tempeh 

 You know those days where you want something oily and crunchy ? Yup ……I mean it’s not the best way of cooking but hey …… Everyone have their cravings and we are allow to be bad once in a while


  • A package of tempeh, sliced
  • One egg
  • Half a cup to one cup of bread crumbs.  You can make your own bread and crumble it up if you like so you know what’s in it. 
  • Miso paste mix – recipe here 
  • Coconut oil for frying 
  1.  Rub the miso paste evenly on the sliced tempeh.  Set aside for 10-15 minute 
  2. Dip the marinated tempeh in egg mixture and bread crumb
  3. Heat a pan with coconut oil , place tempeh in the pan.  Fry until golden brown
